ABOUT

Emma is born and raised in Brittany-France, where half of the restaurants are creperies. 

Crepes and Galettes are a long rooted geographic and family tradition, (every Friday was crepe day at home!) . They represent so well the authenticity and excellence of the region.

Emma is passionate about finding the essence of things, particularly as it relates to sense of place and group dynamics. That’s what she loves about being a tour guide to Brittany.

When not in Brittany, Emma resides in the Northwest of the United States. When not teaching, she runs a non profit (TINFA), empowering teachers through technology and collaboration in under-served areas of Latin America.
